Decreased the HP of some nodes a bit and made Asteroids in generell less likely to be small. they are now most likely at least medium size. to keep balance i made rare asteroid (gold ect.) slightly less common. (1/20 instead of 1/16)

Increased the default big mining laser job priority from 5 to 8

Added the mining laser to the "Utilitys" Category (previous only energy weapons)

Fixed some messed up numbers (caused verry big asteroid belt lines) and adjusted some asteroid numbers
