* Fixed localization issues caused by the mod for some languages.
* No more Messengers while sailing.

* Adapted for v1.3.x.
* Removed modified alliance implementation in favor of the vanilla one.
* Removed most of the Diplomacy tab changes as they need to be reworked to fit the new interface.
* Updated translations from Crowdin.
* Known issues: Custom gauntlets do not work, so there is no effect on clicking Factions tab and no War Exhaustion widget. Something changed in how the game handles layers, and I dont know how to fix it yet.
