-Increased Sinai state population capacity to help with the Suez canal (I wish the state had fewer provinces so it didn't get divded by 13)
-Adjusted some resources in France and Brazil. This isn't complete yet as I'm currently not actively working on the mod.

-Changed resources in North-Eastern Brazil a bit

-Added some whaling stations to the Russian Far East
-Reduced maximum colonial growth a bit

-Updated for patch 1.1 (only needed to change one file)
-Added a few more starting gold mines
-Removed changes to migration attraction modifiers
-Added a total of 13 new forms of subsistence which completely replace default subsistence farms and produce varied goods

-Added more sugar to the map and added a little bit to a few areas that historically grew sugar before the time period.

Reworked all gold fields and gold mines on the map, that resource had been a bit lacking in historical accuracy

-Added a little bit more rubber to the map
-Added Automatic Irrigation PM for rubber plantations. Usually that would be out of the scope of my mod, but it's already announced to be added next patch anyway, and doubling rubber production will help with shortages.

-Adjusted Korea's starting population distribution and pop capacity (arable land) to be more historical
-Improved Brazil's starting position a bit
-Added some more potential for mines to Asian high-pop states
-Increased potency of certain mining state traits

-Added plantation throughput modifier to most state traits that have an agriculture throughput modifier
-Changed starting gold fields in Timbuktu to gold mines
