Major update.

Changes:
- updated and simplified the less lethal armed guard engagement logic
-> the less lethal armed guards will now always use the normal "armed guard" engagement logic regardless of what type of bullets they are shooting (identical behaviour when it comes to shooting, giving warnings, surrender chance etc.)
-> rebalanced: less lethal armed guards are no longer OP
-> fixed rubber bulets being invisible
-> fixed "shooting through walls" for good (they wont happen any more often than they can happen in vanilla)
-> performance improvements
