Removed own collision damage calculation for better compatibility with other mods like SFO and Radious.

Treshold for knock back, knock down, step back are reverted back to vanilla values. Otherwise it would change balance regarding other systems too much (missiles that knock down units, lords knocked down a lot, etc). Still no flying units from cavalry charges.
