Added greenskin battering ram to Ogre Kingdoms AI. Now Ogre Kingdoms AI will initiate siege assault after 1-3 turns of encircling.

Buffed battering ram damage by 50%, health by 1000 points.

Nerfed +ammunition effects for all defensive buildings.
