Up dated all trucks and trailers to the new template version. SCS_ATS Up dated the Kenworth W900 Anniversary Edition form a simple to Advanced.
Removed the Texas Express Mudflaps.

California Clean Idle, Texas IFTA, WT = Truck Weight only.
New Scripts for Names, Unit Number and Vin numbers. Last 2 digits MFG Date.
Vin Numbers are 15 characters IRL. Do Not put all 15 numbers on the truck. 7 Minimum.
Some carriers still add the old MC Number. Indicates to the DOT, Shippers and consignees
approximate number of years the carrier has been in business. ICC_MC deregulated about 1977 + or -.
