Add Noita Arena compatibility

Make enchantments work on divide by and other spells

Fix file path issue preventing enchanted projectiles from being fired.

- fix always casts
- make enchantments properly inherit, projectiles will not feed their enchantments back into the cast block.
- make enchantments show up in noita together bank.

Fix altar not spawning, add alternative altar placement option
