Fixed a minor oversight pointed out by RustyDios that allowed you to perform the Interrogation Facility's Functions in the proving grounds regardless of user settings.

Fixed a minor bug that brought up the proving grounds project completed when a recruitment project is successful right after one fails.

Added Knockout Ability which can be used on stunned, panicking or Mind controlled units.

Fixed Alien Interrogations not appearing in existing campaigns.

Added config options to grant the autopsy of the interrogated unit, as long as you have Alien Biotech research prior.

Un-Hardcoded the Capture rewards, and make them configurable in the Config... Making it easier for Bridge mods to be made from this mod and other mods.
