v1.36

-Polished every hurtbox to make them not have lingering green pixels that could negatively affect game play.

-Multiple animations have been tweaked to have better feel and readability. (Utilt, Ustrong, Bair)

-Sprite offsets have been tweaked to better keep Peter in a stable position. Hitbox positions adjusted accordingly.

-Various init stats changed to give Peter better general game feel. (Adding initial dash frames, decreasing jump start, etc.)

-Crouch animation fixed.

-Nerfed Fstrong. (Dmg: 20 -> 15, kb_scaling: 2.1 -> 2, decreased hitbox size)

-Slightly nerfed Dstrong damage. (15 -> 11)

-Nerfed Ustrong. (Startup/charge window: 4 - > 7, decreased hitbox size. Added a second hitbox that acts as the weak hit of the move. Strong hit now only lasts 2 frames, while the rest is the weak hit.)

-Slightly tweaked Uair. (Landing lag: 8 -> 10, kb_scaling: .66 -> .68)

-Decreased hitbox sizes on Dair.

-Increased Fair endlag by 1 frame :).

-Added aerial hurt sprite.

-Added "Jumpman", "Ken", and "Joker" alts.

-Many other improvements that I probably forgot about lol

v1.35

-Polished Dspecial-cancel mechanic. Nspecial and Dspecial can no longer be canceled into, the frame window has been changed for the cancel (frame 5 - 15), and the mechanic is simply just easier to pull off. (This only applies to specials btw, normals can still be canceled into at any point in Dspecial.)

-Tweaked Nspecial stats. (Hsp and Vsp slightly nerfed, kb and kb scaling slightly buffed, and the move can no longer cancel into itself.)

-Polished Dstrong. (Buffed kb and kb scaling, fixed hitbox to better fit animation, fixed sprite offset, and other small misc changes.)

-Polished Bair. (Fixed hitbox to better fit animation, fixed sprite offset, and other small misc changes.)

-Tweaked hurtboxes of Dtilt, Uair, and Bair. Peter's feet are now disjoints.

-Fixed Fstrong hitbox to better fit animation.

-Tweaked angle on Utilt's initial hit to make it link better into the second hit.

-Fixed offset on various animations (Pratfall, walk, etc.)

-Small misc changes to various other stats.

-Re-vamped Uair with a cleaner and more complete animation, as well as slightly different stats along with it.

-Dtilt now cancels more reliably, if only at higher percents. (Added Hitstun_multiplier of 2.1)

-Ftilt and Uair are now "sex kick"-type moves, slightly decreasing in kb the longer they're out.

-Adjusted the hitbox size of Fair, Uair, Bair.

-Brian now does 2% when collided with, but now longer deals any hitstun. (It was really annoying to deal with a bunch of hitstun-dealing Brians everywhere when playing against Peter, so now it just does percent when you touch it)

-Reduced endlag of Bair.

-Changed Dspecial soft armor from 13 to 11.

-Dtilt can now cancel 3 frames earlier.

-Fixed sfx glitch with Dtilt-cancelling into Fspecial.

-Utilt's first hit is now harder to Drift and SDI out of.

-Dattack can no longer be jump cancelled without hitting the opponent.

-Added "GamePeter" alt.

-Other small changes to miscellaneous move stats.

v1.28

-Changed Bair to be only one hit instead of two. Increased damage to compensate.

-Ftilt now comes out slightly slower.

-Dstrong now comes out slightly faster.

-Fstrong now comes out VERY slightly slower.

-Fspecial now goes slower horizontally in its later windows.

-Dspecial has less endlag, and thus, less soft-armor time.

-Changed Dspecial’s soft armor value from 15 to 13.

-Taunt hitbox adjusted. (Decided not to outright remove it tho cuz it’s funnie)

-Dtilt can now be cancelled into any normal or special attack. (With varying amounts of frames being skipped depending on the follow-up.)

-Small tweaks to miscellaneous init stats.

-Made Dash attack's angle easier to combo off of. Gave the late hit a different angle entirely.
