-Fixed some bugs with Dspecial grab, now mashing out and pummeling should be more consistent.

-Mash-out numbers have now all been rounded to 5. Meaning that regardless of whether an opponent mashes during a pummel or not, they will always subtract 5 from the grab timer.

-Cancelling Dtilt into Jab now skips 1 frame :D

-Dspecial grab is now slightly easier to mash out of. (Mashing during a pummel now subtracts 4 from grab_timer instead of 3)

-Nerfed Dthrow. (Is now technable, added drift multiplier of 1.8)

-Fspecial will now reset Peter's double jump on hit.

-Fair endlag frames now animate correctly.

-BRAND NEW DSPECIAL!!!
Dspecial has been reworked into being a command grab. This grab move can allow the player to throw the opponent in 4 directions (up, down, left, and right) as well as pummel them during the grab's holding state. Be careful though, opponents will have the ability to mash out of the grab while being held. If an opponent mashes out, then Peter will be placed into sizeable endlag.

-Added 4th window (endlag) to Fspecial. On hit, Fspecial's 4th window is jump, attack, and special-cancellable.

-Increased Jab damage. (3 -> 5)

-Other small miscellaneous tweaks and changes.

-Fixed audio glitch that caused Brians to keep playing the peanut butter jelly time instrumental even after dspecial was canceled out of.
