-Utilt is now jump-cancel-able during it's first window. This means you can potentially use it as a combo starter into things like uair or jump-cancel ustrong.

-Finished and polished dspecial. It is now a stationary projectile-like hitbox that will stand in one place for a few seconds before disappearing. This hitbox will delete all other projectiles when they come in contact with it. It can also be collided with to deal 0 damage, but cause a bit of hitstun. Deals 1 damage to the user.

-A couple of other miscellaneous changes... such as whiff/landing lag, frame data, and init stats. All are very small tweaks, however.

v1.14

-Nerfed Fair slightly. Slightly less knockback and knockback scaling, and slightly more end-lag when whiffing or landing.
-Dtilt's 3rd window can now be canceled into any special attack.
-Edited their basic states to make them feel more heavy. Peter is now a little slower when running and walking, a little slower in the air, slightly more affected by gravity, and is less affected by knockback (among other misc changes).
