hey lois im in rivals of aether. (The original didn't work online, so I reuploaded it privately to play it online with my friends. After a while, I decided to try and balance the character to make them more fair and viable. Now, after some tweaks, fixes, balance changes, new alts, and overall polish, I think it's okay for me to upload it as a sort of "fan edit" of the original character. All credits to the original creator, of course.)

(also the reason im calling it the "definitive edition" is because this version is basically a straight upgrade in terms of polish and balance; with it fixing janky hitboxes and hurtboxes, fixing animations to fit the moves more, tweaking damage and knockback numbers, etc etc...)

@snazlazzle. My current mindset is to not change the Fstrong startup/endlag due to it being the balancing factor for the power of the move. It has a knockback scaling of 2, which is far higher than any move in the base game. It is also kinda inconsequential since Peter doesn't really use his forward smash to get KOs anyway. That's my thought process at least lol

I commented with too much intensity, but I think this mod abandoned Peter's absurd nature (no vomiting, no summoning of Joe and Stewie, etc) and left him feeling somewhat sluggish. More power to the people who like it- it's just not for me. Really crave that silliness.

are you planning on making it so that the animation of peter saying "roadhouse" cancellable or is that not gonna change? i still think his 91 frames of recovery after using f-strong is really funny, but if you're serious about trying to balance him, i think it's something to consider, especially since he already has to commit to the 27 frame startup.
it's really awesome seeing him being updated again btw all of a sudden! your peter is a staple in my friend group. he's considered a solid mid tier in our workshop meta :3

I'm pretty sure that you just ruined Peter and called him Definitive. Not a good look.
