Remade all husked humans diving suit variants, added PUCS and slipsuit variants

Minor update for consistency with Improved Husks
Reworked all human husks crouch animations

All humanoid husks can now speak if player controlled
Fixed husk infection progressing faster than intended

Fixed reference to a file from Improved Husks.

Updated all humanoid husk stats to more closely follow the more recent vanilla stats.

Rusted husk variants (combat and abyss) can now spawn naturally.
