-Fixed Curse Specials not showing description of the applied curse on the rules menu

- New Item Count Specials
- New Add/Remove Curse specials
- Count specials now work with coop players
- Renamed the Seeds section to "Curses&Seeds"
- Random option for Add/Remove Seed now works properly
- Removed the Add Random Seed effect and Remove random seed specials, now obsolete.
- Removed Pickups > X, its now obsolete

- Fixed not being able to target esau on run start rules
- Fixed some tear positioning issues
- Fixed some entity velocity issues
- Fixed Spawning double the tears on coop n J&E
- Fixed an issue when firing tears in a pattern using the modifiers

- Added keywords for ghost jacob and flip laz.
- Run Start rules wont trigger on close
- Loop prevention system tweaks
- Fixed some issues with spawned tears
- Excluded Forgotten ghost from coop behaviour
- Fixed "Was already there" conditional not working as expected
- Fixed a crash with the tears menu
