~ Small codex adjustments

Fixed a snafu with the More Planet Info integration, also added Planet Search support!

+ added the missing miner's chest, mining door, and mining hatch recipes to the lunar recipes pool

+ Added a way to refine erchius crystal blocks into liquid erchius fuel at the Refinery
+ Added an augment that permanently renders you immune to the ghost, obtained at Treasured Trophies

Finally fixed the micrometeorites, for real this time. Also fixed a minor issue with one of the microdungeons while I was at it
