Removed Hemp string recipe as it was redundant (you can make hemp rags then craft it into string if you really want).

Removed hemp and hemp seeds from camp loot as NPC settlements treat it like a food crop and flood their inventories. Hemp seeds are now legendary loot from police vehicles, which should also make it less common as intended.

Increased seed yield of pumpkins and made sure all plants have a max seed yield of 2-4 as a safe buffer. I think pumpkins have a longer growth period so their seed count needed to be higher.

Smokes are now good gifts for Fickle and Passive, and bad gifts for Loyal survivors. Time to start an all passifist, anti-establishment faction.

Added Chilli Pepper and Pumpkin seeds to the game. All plants now have seeds.

Melee weapons rebalanced by weight, value damage and damage per level. Blunt weapons tend to have a higher base damage but benefit less from user skill. Bladed weapons generally are more effective in the hands of skilled users and lighter. Rarity of some weapons tweaked slightly.

Pistol ammo count adjusted to 9 per clip down from 10 as it was a little too good.

Pemmican recipe requires 1 skinned rabbit instead of 4 cooked rabbit pieces to simplify the process.

Helmets and Bulletproof vests are slightly less common (especially as loot in buildings/vehicles).

Further increased the amount of sunflower seeds to craft oil. 50 seeds for 50 ounces.

Fixed a calculation with shotgun damage. It's still the second highest damage with the shortest range of any ranged weapon.

Fixed Hunting Rifle not spawning on survivors.
