RB07 - Reclaim base - Based on player feedback, have set the engineer health at each mission point to be 50000.
Also duplicated turning off of the camera and a control boolean before Recy replacement to be safe.
And added some reinforcement to the camera sequences in case the APC or mission object is alive or destroyed.

SS16 Strike at the Core - have updated the mod script to base the number of reinforcement units given based on the difficulty level. Easy less, hard more - which seems counter-intuitive, but is the best way to go in the missions.

Changed RS3 Rescue Me so that the timer clock doesn't begin until the first audio has ended. That adds about 15-20 secs extra to start the repair run before the main 10 min timer begins.

RS04 From Out of Nowhere - change to put the "empty" flanker on a neutral team, b/c the CCA patrol destroyed it one time after it was available but before I could get to it.

fixed RB02 Prescious Cargo to do some extra team number checks on possible ai unit orders in case they are acquired by the player (team).

-fixes to script to help ensure AI CRA units decloak even if original target is gone
-cloaked units Goto target position, decloak and do a final check once near, and then attack or select new target, rather than only attack initial target

- some work on Fury base ground appearance
- put back in 1 initial SAV attack
- fixed script so all 4 factories blowup in camera scene
