rs06 Out There Somewhere - All AI CRA units now decloak after fixing logic/timing issue where straggler units would not decloak before attack reset. Also fixed the previous fix, so that CCA units now properly attack. Howitzers (and other cca) were not properly attacking after previous stuck golem fix.

RS06 Somewhere out There - Changed script to give more goto time and less attack time to units. This prevents most (kinda all) instances of walkers (that were under attack orders) getting permanently stuck on the central pyramid. Most if any only get temporarily stuck.
Also reduced chance of both walker and grendel spawning, with a little more chance of czar and tusker to make mission easier.
Set script to also remove CCA pilots, since they were still getting stuck on pyramid when returning to base.

SS15 Strike at the Heart - Fixed possible endless unit spawning for Fury counterstrike, and added more time between that recurring attack. Fixed initial double spawning of boltmines.

SS13 Three Beacons - had to fix the previous fix in the script for a wandering pilot.

SS13 Three Beacons - Not certain why pilot (loc 3, #2) has been reported as wandering off. It may be going after enemy units, though that seems unlikely. At any rate, allied pilot team 4 with enemy team 5 so wouldn't attack, and gave newly spawned pilots a Stop() order to be safe.
Redid Fury spawning with GetPositionNear() to avoid stacking.
