Added new beta branch enemies to forgotten tunnels (affects beta branch only)

Chasm biome enemies will now appear in the tower if vanilla biome spawning is enabled in the mod settings menu.

Added new enemy to the den of change: Master of Sawing. Master of sawing's attacks proc a debuff that causes most nearby projectiles to turn into disc projectiles. If vanilla spawning is enabled, he will also appear in the vault, frozen vault, temple of the art, and wizard's den.

Added partial noitavania support; chasm biomes should appear in new game and forced nightmare; chasm biomes will NOT currently appear in NG+ or standard nightmare mode. Chasm biome enemies will appear in all noitavania game modes if vanilla spawning is enabled.
