Adjusted the addictiveness and nastiness of Vicomol and Oxymol. They were... kinda insanely addictive.

Smoothed out the effects of the opimol based drugs, so they are better tiered.
Opimol is slightly better, vicomol is a good balance between the two, and Oxymol completely removes all pain, at the expense of reduced capabilities and mood shifts.
