- Added an option to hold or toggle ironsights. Use the cl_ironsight_toggle command to pick your preferred method.
- Command sv_defaultdeployspeed 1 now gets executed by default when entering the game.

- Added compatibility to other viewmodel altering addons (Viewmodel Lagger, Enhanced (HL2) Viewmodels etc..)
- Fixed ConVar "mmod_mags 0" not working.

- Made some adjustments to ironsight position and viewmodel angles. It should be better, but will probably cause problems with addons that change how viewmodels behave. It needs testing.
