* Removed sector AI not being allowed to clear tile blockers due to that being fixed by Paradox in 2.6.2.

* Previous fix for Authoritarians failed, attempting an additional two fixes, one should be air-tight, the other may or may not work but should allow it to work with mods that add new pre-sapient traits if it DOES work.

* Removed the "Complex" job trigger for Colonist jobs, so Droids can once again work them, as this seemed like an oversight.
