KNOWN ISSUES:
-Date is incorrectly set to 3940AD ingame rather than 1900AD despite clearly having 1900 defined as the starting date in the scenario editor / moddata.
-City state names are randomized (e.g. Despite Egypt being set as the name of a city state in the SDK, the name is randomized in-game)
-"India should be counted as a british colony, not as its own nation!!" I know. It might get changed in the "1900 World Redux 2: Redux Harder: Exciting Colonial Management Edition" version, but until then you'll just have to settle with it being a member of the British Commonwealth, which technically shouldn't exist yet but does in here for gameplay purposes. Can you hear the screams of agony coming from the 2 history majors who downloaded this mod, too?
-"There are fish flopping around on a certain desert tile of mine!" It's a feature, not a bug.
-The Chinese Empress's name should technically be "Tzu-hsi", but the SDK does not accept it for some odd reason. Tsu-hi is used under Wades-Giles Mandarin Romanization. Quit bitching.

-4) France
-5) Netherlands

CHANGELOG:
-Chile and Portugal now have knowledge of the outside world.
-The Portugese military has now received a significant retooling and is now capable of properly defending its territories.
-The Iberian Penisula has been expanded and Lisbon has been moved 1 tile to the west.
-The Spanish city of La Caruna has magically popped into existence, complete with a sizable population, transport, and building infrastructure. It's almost like some sort of god is changing the rules of the game!
-The Italian Peninsula has been expanded and is now more true to its natural geographic features - or at least as true as I can make it, given the limited size of the map.
-Rome is no longer all by its lonesome self; it has now been moved one tile south to make space for its new roommate, Venice.
-The cities of Brest and Strasbourg have been added to France.
-A token force of German troops has been added to the German Papa New Guinean region to maintain order in the colonies.
-Europe has become even more claustrophobic with the addition of two new French cities: Brest and Strasbourg. They are each located on the northwest and eastern sections of the country, respectively.
-Life in Mogadiscio is now significantly less exciting thanks to the recent disappearance of fish in the surrounding sand dunes. Rumor has it that under the guise of a dastardly conspiracy they have been relocated to the eastern coast.
-The size of the German military has been reduced by a significant amount, theoretically lowering the average amount of bitching received per feedback report.
-City of Flagstaff added to the United States of America; Barringer Crater shifted 1 tile eastward.
-Size of Sri Lanka decreased, because nobody likes Sri Lanka.
-Colombo population and building infrastructure increased, because apparently some people like Sri Lanka.
-Russian White Army rebels given nice warm ushankas. And also promotions. Mostly ushankas, though.
-Algiers has been moved one tile to the southeast.
-The mMditerranean sea has been expanded.
-Floating mines, plantations, farms, etc. have been removed from the Mediterranean sea.

-Swaths of fish and crab are no longer swimming about on the farmlands of Japan. NO FUN ALLOWED.
-A special monument in memoriam of aforementioned fun ban has been placed on the map at a discreet location. Locate it and acquire riches beyond your wildest dreams! In fish, of course. And not a whole lot. Really, it isn't even worth it. Happy hunting!
-Certain colonies have been flagged as puppets in-game, based on historical avenues of control. Users are free to annex without penalty (aside from the usual ones, that is) freely.
-White Army rebels toned down quite a bit. Should no longer roflstomp incompetent players (looking at you, yozoh...)
-White Army rebels (barbarians) now tagged as "White Army Rebels" in-game.
-I fixed the musical chairs capital bug probably. The issue in the first place was caused due to a few drunken edits which apparently did not go over very well with the game.
-Chile is now less of a barren wasteland! Well, as less of a barren wasteland I can make it. I'm not exactly being given a star-tier country to work with here.
-Chilean cities are now less completely devoid of life and population! Just like real l- oh, wait.
-Panama canal removed and replaced with a jungle tile. If you want access to the Panama Canal, you've got to take the city yourself. It didn't get built until 1914 anyway. Have fun!
-Nicaragua is now a city state rather than US occupied territory (changed considering the occupation didn't start until 1912).
-Nicaraguan-nation influence changed. Starting relations with select Western imperialist powers set rather low.
-The Ohio River geographical feature is now a thing in America.
-Angolan capital "Luandra" has been properly changed to "Luanda".
-Poland has been removed from the game as a civilization; it is now a city-state. It was removed to make room for Portugal on the civilization list, as there is a maximum of 22 allowed by the SDK. It will be returning as a playable civilization in a future update.
-Portugal has been upgraded from a city-state to a playable civilization.
-In accordance with the previous change, Spanish colonial possessions have been properly divided by proper historical ownership. Colonies affected: Azores (Spain --> Portugal), Angola (Spain --> Portugal), Mozambique (Spain --> Portugal).
-New Guinean German colonial presence established
