PATCH NOTES
Build 1.1 post-release
12/4/2013
Patch History: http://pastebin.com/HxwQKvUC

CHANGELOG:
-The Peru city-state now no longer starts as the ally of the Korean Empire.
-The Peru city-state now starts as the ally of Chile (Inca).
-The starting population of Iwo Jima has been decreased to be more in line with reality.
-Kathmandu (Nepal) now starts as the ally of the English Empire.
-Egypt now starts as the "ally" of England.
-English soldiers are now present in Egypt as an occupying force.
-A new English city, Alexandria, has been created to represent the English Alexandria naval base within Egypt following the Battle of Tel el-Kebir. The occupation flag has been set.
-Cultural borders surrounding Tripoli reduced by a small amount for greater political accuracy.
-The Congolese city of Leopoldville has had its position changed to better represent its real life location.
-The Congolese city of Matadi has been created.
-The Matadi-Leopoldville railway is now properly represented within the Congo.
-The Congo city-state now starts as the friend of the Dutch Empire - technically it should be Belgium, but in its absence the Netherlands represent it.
-To better represent Belgium within the Netherlands, Dutch territory has been expanded on the European mainland.
-Queen Wilhelmina is no longer represented as the leader of the Netherlands: Bernhard of Lippe-Biesterfield is now instead. The change was made to reduce confusion of the two leaders Wilhelmina and Wilhelm II of Germany.
-The city of Mek'ele has been created in northeastern Ethiopia.
-The cities of Port Louis and Saint-Denis should no longer expand at such a rapid pace.
-The Korean territory color has been changed to that of the Huns. The previous default and polish color schemes were too harsh, I think, so we'll try this instead.
-Korea no longer starts without a capital.
-The Korean city of Cheongjin now starts with more basic infrastructure.
-Chile (Inca) no longer starts without a capital.
-The Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez has had its name changed to the proper historical version, "Paso del Norte".
-The Hagia Sophia has been moved from Istanbul to Aleppo for better distribution of Islam across the Middle East.
-Chinese ships have now been given proper names based on historical ships and data.
-The Empire of Korea naval prefix has been changed to the proper "KIS" from the former "EOK".
-Korean Empire ships have been given proper names based on historical ships and data.
-International road networks have been added to select countries.
-Korea no longer starts with -1 Aluminum.
-The excellent "Less Warmonger Hate [BNW]" mod has been added to the recommended mods list.
-Protestantism religion added to America.
-Catholicism religion added to Italian Empire (Romans)
-Islam religion added to Ottoman Empire
-Eastern Orthodoxy religion added to Imperial Russian Empire (Russia)
-Zoroastrianism religion added to Iran/Persia (Persia)
-Sikhism religion added to India
-Taoism religion added to China
-Confucianism religion added to Korean Empire (Korea)
-Shinto religion added to Japanese Empire (Japan)

KNOWN ISSUES:
-The date is sometimes incorrectly set to 3940AD or some other odd year ingame rather than 1900AD despite clearly having 1900 defined as the starting date in the scenario editor / moddata. I think this has something to do with the game speed setting, but until I can fix it I advise you to just ignore it. It isnft that big of a deal.

-City state names are randomized (e.g. Despite Egypt being defined as Egypt in the SDK, the name is randomized in-game). This is happening either because of the way the teams have been set up or because Ifve forgotten my daily SDK goat sacrifice; itfs probably a combination of both, honestly.

KNOWN ISSUES:
-Date sometimes gets incorrectly set to 3940AD or some other crazy shit ingame rather than 1900AD despite clearly having 1900 defined as the starting date in the scenario editor / moddata. I literally have no idea what is going on with this but I think I can fix it with the magical power of XML, but until then just pretend like it's a post apocalypse thing and civilization has started over or some stupid shit. Alternatively, quit being such a turbonerd.
-City state names are randomized (e.g. Despite Egypt being set as the name in the SDK, the name gets randomized in-game). It's either because of the way the teams are set up or because I just haven't sacrificed enough goats to the SDK lately. Probably a combination of both, honestly. It'll get fixed once I manage to sober up long enough to work on it.
-"There are fish flopping around on a certain desert tile of mine!" It's a feature, not a bug. Do not question the desert fish, lest they begin to question your existence.
-"QQ nations aren't balanced pls fix sincerely baddiemcbadd" http://i.imgur.com/P6Wsx9F.gif

KNOWN ISSUES:
-Date is incorrectly set to 3940AD ingame rather than 1900AD despite clearly having 1900 defined as the starting date in the scenario editor / moddata.
-City state names are randomized (e.g. Despite Egypt being set as the name of a city state in the SDK, the name is randomized in-game)
-"India should be counted as a british colony, not as its own nation!!" I know. It might get changed in the "1900 World Redux 2: Redux Harder: Exciting Colonial Management Edition" version, but until then you'll just have to settle with it being a member of the British Commonwealth, which technically shouldn't exist yet but does in here for gameplay purposes. Can you hear the screams of agony coming from the 2 history majors who downloaded this mod, too?
-"There are fish flopping around on a certain desert tile of mine!" It's a feature, not a bug.
-The Chinese Empress's name should technically be "Tzu-hsi", but the SDK does not accept it for some odd reason. Tsu-hi is used under Wades-Giles Mandarin Romanization. Quit bitching.

CHANGELOG:
-Barbarians have been removed until further notice due to placement issues (for some reason they tend to congregate in Kazahkstan - I suspect this has something to do with the assigned teams, but am researching a workaround / waiting for a patch to fix this).
