Viewpunch (Camera shake when shooting) is now applied like the MekoM249. Backed up the old viewpunch code line tho. ('cus why not, changing that since I disabled accurate crosshair)

Reorganized lua, and now the weapon use only its own lua file instead of shared.lua, cl_init.lua and init.lua

Reactivated the NPC script at the end of the lua file. This way it's already updated for the GMod update.
