  • Increased resource probe detection range for player miners to match the map circle
  • Higher skill pilots with resource probes in storage will deploy them prior to mining if there isn't one in range
  • Added diplomacy action to make faction build a factory for a specific ware
  • Factions that usually get trade from a linked ally (MIN->TEL, etc) can now request that faction build a freighter to help their shortages (faction pairs defined in parameters.xml)
  • AI will no longer try to handle a production shortage by unpausing a station that is still full; clearly nobody can get there safely/efficiently
  • Fixed Boron not building habitation for factories created after game start (vanilla bug)
  • Fixed AI not adding extra habitation as needed for factories when expanding (vanilla bug)

  • Fixed a small number of sector/ware combinations not being evaluated for production shortage
  • Fixed a rare case where NPC traders would ignore trades with low volume and minimal profit even when there are no other trades available
  • Fixed incorrect calculation for the amount of workforce wares a faction requires when considering new production
  • Fixed (vanilla) bug where Riptide Rakers are not able to build/rebuild scrap recycling or processing modules
  • Vigor Syndicate can ...request... Riptide build additional scrap facilities to get more build materials

  • Fixed a case where free traders would fail to find valid trades when the price they'd get for selling was relatively low
  • Subordinate traders will no longer pick up crates of their target wares if their commander has no space for them
  • Improved analysis of shipyard resource needs, especially when they have both periods of being stalled and periods where they operate at full capacity
  • Early release ships commandeered by economic faction logic if they run out of viable trades in the resource they were commandeered for

Workaround for vanilla bug with the pirate DLC where the ALI Wharf in Windfall will get stalled with Teladi ships in queue that it cannot build due to some included equipment not having a pirate build method
