Added blueprint auto-fixer. Now even if you encounter corrupted, but recoverable file, it will be used.
Fixed a bug in planetary ruins checker.
Fixed blueprint offset issue. Bugs like "water generator locations repeat shape of the river, but all are shifted 20 tiles south" are eliminated.

Overall, after this update you should get 80-90% of blueprints transferred via planetary ruins menu, instead of 15-25%. Also this influences variety and quality of regular ruins.

Finally SRTS Expangeg support!
Now you can fly directly to ruins event or world map POI using your ship. The same "drop at edge" and "drop in center" options are accessible. Have fun!
