Removed unnecessary military_generator data and moved to submods for ERE/WRE Auxilia respectively.

Removed bug causing CTD when AI handled ERE or WRE in the campaing (or both in multiplayer).

I had to remove most Auxilia Palatina units and move them to separate submods for ERE and WRE respectively, so now you can have full list of units only for one of them and the only you currently play the campaign. Submods must be unticked/unsubscribed if you'r gonna play other factions.

Removed custom battles crash bug.
I had to remove most of units from ERE and WRE rosters to keep custom battless fully playable since custom battle crash fix doesn't work. I will try to investigate later what causes problems with custom battle crash fix and why it doesn't work so i can add back new units hopefuly.

Due to moved Auxilia Palatina units to Praesidia/Vicaria/Prefectura/Sacrum Pallatium building chain - revised cost of building for initial structures to match those of regular pallatial barracks.

I suppose CTD bug is removed finally, The turn i crashed passed positively with this fix. All Auxillia Palatina named units were moved to main governor building temporary (both WRE/ERE) since the bug was caused due to too many units in palatial barracks (it seems so).

Minor cleaning and bugs removal, especially checked models for units and found some duplications which may have some impact for crashes (although hardly).

Re-revised overall cost of recruitment and upkeep for most ships.

Increased cost of recruitment for fleet general units for Roman and Sassanid factions to prevent AI from recruiting unnecessary naval fleets.
