First Update to 2.6

Major Changes :

- Reworks Alpha Tech Acquisition

- Reworks Herculean

- Reworks Bombardments

- Adds two new planet types

- Adds multiple new Precursor Designs

- Adds Precursor Databank as an accessible data center

- Adds L/XL/T slots for Explosive Weapons

- Adds a new menu screen.

Balance Changes

- Adjust costs for various stuffs.

- Gatekeeper no longer have aura slots.

- Removes Resized XL weapons (Will be reworked into something else later)

- All Precursor Models have been changed to no longer need mountain load of extra complicated duplicated meshes to work around graphical cultures with turrets. We have the technology.

- LIMIT BREAK : Stats are no longer bound by 32bits. Expect to see ships in million stats.

Issues

- Not enough time to add everything!?!

- Imbalanced as fug, as there is no time to test.

- Herculean has weird textures, its a bit sloppy on certain flag colors atm.

- Bad/incomplete Localisation/ Grammar Errors, also no time.

- Some ships have awful/non-existent weapon locators. See above.

- No Economy plans for AI yet, See above.

- Some features are still to be added, also See above.

- Fixes certain components giving wrong values or adds to wrong ships.

- Fixes Enigmatic Reactor not actually being crappier than DM Reactor.

- Enigmatic Reactor now costs the same amount of alloys as DM Reactor, but also must be charged with 50% energy credits of the Alloy Cost.

- Adds some more ship comps for most components.

- Stupid Yuri and his op armies.
