Made Never Stuck costume inedible.

Added NeverStuck Pistol, adjusted radius calculation

Removed the time limit on the buff so costume doesn't have to be taken off and put back on to refresh it. Damage is still only dealt while following a target.

Changed the socket the buff was attached to, and increased the damage range of the buff to make sure several dinosaur types were correctly destroying everything in their vicinity.

Removed particle effect on buff to increase performance around buffed dinos.
