Removed the time limit on the buff so costume doesn't have to be taken off and put back on to refresh it. Damage is still only dealt while following a target.

Changed the socket the buff was attached to, and increased the damage range of the buff to make sure several dinosaur types were correctly destroying everything in their vicinity.
