Added a recipe for the book that starts the jetpack quest. (Jetpack only works when outside of your ship and will not work in space or any other place then the ship world)

Added the blueprint station to the inventor's table.
Added the crafting station to the blueprint station.
Added recipes for blueprints to the blueprint station.
Removed several lua files and anything tied to them which fixed the world instance duplication bug in the log file.
Removed several items and recipes no longer used by the mod.

Fixed:

Changed the glitch ship platform from 42031 to 52031

Edited the Monster Treasure Pool and removed bosses from it (this should fix them to drop stuff from FU again)
