You map is really fun with a lot of good stuff.
The only missing thing is a easy way to apply gels on walls

It's a console command. You type it into the console. See here how to enable and use it: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Developer_Console

The shadows should be on by default, but if for some reason they are not, r_shadows 1 turns them on.
