High Elf Tier Reforged

Yes. I know.

Based on the date of this mod register, about a month later at the end of October Dec. 4th, the 7.0 update and the High Elf DLC are scheduled to be released.

Therefore, there was no real need to make this mod.

However, I created this simple mod for personal use and enjoyment while waiting for the 7.0 update.

Features

1) High Elf building and unit tier rebalanced.
2) 'Tyrion Splash Attack Resize' mod is included.
3) Buff for the White Lions of Chrace unit.
-added "Causes Fear" and "Executioner" attributes.

4) Added Dragon Princes (Sun Dragon) unit.
-not as strong as we expected.

5) Trait Growth System
- High Elf Lords/Heroes' negative traits are strengthened at 10/15/20 levels.

-Fully compatible with all vanilla saves.
-Safe to use even in the middle of a campaign.

-Incompatible with other High Elf building chain mods.

Not sure this mod will continue to be maintained after the 7.0 update.
