1) Added a Tier 2 building that allows recruitment of Mage Heroes.

2) Tier adjustments for the Aislinn faction
- Colonized settlements can now recruit *Ellyrian Reavers* at Tier 2.
- Recruitment tiers for chariots and cavalry buildings have been aligned with other High Elf factions.
- *White Lions of Chrace* can now be recruited from Beast buildings of the Dragon Ship at Tier 2.

-Adjustments have been made to building and unit tiers to better align with the 7.0 update.

-Young and passionate nobles now provide powerful governance bonuses.

Nagarythe / Alith Anar:
-Shadow Walkers unit added.
-Starting position adjusted.

Yvresse / Eltharion:
-The starting dilemma now includes an option to return to Ulthuan.
-Mistwalker building can now be constructed in Tor Yvresse.

-Tier adjustments made to the Sanctum of the Handmaidens building.

-Dragon units from the Dragon Cavalry are now available as Regiments of Renown.
