Looking to experience American Truck Simulator with some fresh tunes? TheSimGuy "70's Rock Music Pack" mod for American Truck Simulator replaces all the default in-game music with over an hour of original 70's Rock style music. Produced by TheSimGuy at Tedeschi Studios, LLC, this mod gives you a brand-new soundtrack for your heavy hauls, featuring over 60 minutes of unique original tracks. Just download and enjoy a fresh set of tunes for your journey.

Feel free to stream worry free while having TheSimGuy music pack mods in the background! Remember, it is best practice to always upload a test sample to ensure YouTube (or other service) policies and methods have not changed.


MOD Placement
Place this Music Pack mod above any other music mods to prevent conflicts.
Some sound packs—like the popular Sound Fixes Pack by Drive Safely—also replace event music, such as the warning tune that plays when you’re running out of delivery time. In Sound Fixes Pack, this is swapped for the classic Nokia ringtone.
If you want to keep the Nokia ringtone, simply load this Music Pack mod below it.

PLEASE READ – Known Issue (NOT A BUG)
The menu music will not play immediately when you first launch the game. This is because the updated music is only loaded into the game’s user interface after your profile has been loaded and you’ve entered the main gameplay by selecting “Drive” or starting a delivery—in other words, once you’re actually in your truck.

After this initial load, whenever you return to any of the main menus, the updated music should play as intended. Please don't ask me to fix this. Sadly, it is SCS core functionality that cannot be changes with a MOD.

this takes me back to 1960s and 1970's i wish i can go back in time and stay there ! it was happy times i sure miss them good old days !

Thanks for your response and your effort on behalf of the community. I guess Ive been working too hard. I read the description above and didn't comprehend it. I understand now and will continue to support your fine work. I have deleted a bunch of the radio stations that I was using in favor of your packs. Thanks again.

Hi @varmitdan! Thank you for your question. I believe you may be referring to the live streams (radio stations) that are part of some of my other music packs listed in the description. I only have live streams of the 80's Retro, Heavy Rock, and Country music packs. This 70's Rock music pack and others do not provide a live stream. This restriction is purely monetary. The radio stations cost to maintain and they are expensive. I provide those three to the community out of my own pocket because I love the game and I love the people that play it. But unfortunately, there is a limit to my personal funds. If that situation ever changes I will consider adding this music pack to the radio station live streaming. - TheSimGuy | :doublenickels:
