This mod brings to you Clio Aite, vtuber from Phase Connect, as the leader of the Hagstorian League.

Clio is known for her longwinded streams, as such, her Leader ability is:
+20% to all yields during a Golden Age. -40% to all yields during a Dark Age. Doubles all the changes after Renaissance Era. +1 Era Score when getting an Eureka or Civic Boost.


The Hagstorian League prides itself in it's recording numerous historical events.

• Civ Ability: Once per turn, get a random Eureka and Civic Boost when you send an envoy to a city you are a suzerain of. Get an additional +1 Diplomatic Policy Card Slot in Classical, Renaissance, Modern and Information Era.
  
• Hag Library: Replaces the Library. +1 Culture. +1 Science. +2 Science and Culture per era since it was constructed. +1 Great Scientist point per turn.
  
• Lecture Legion: Replaces the spearman. +10 Combat Strength when defending.
