This mod brings to you Kaneko Lumi, vtuber from Phase Connect, as the leader of the Star Thieves.

Clio is known for her longwinded streams, as such, her Leader ability is:
+20% to all yields during a Golden Age. -40% to all yields during a Dark Age. Doubles all the changes after Renaissance Era. +1 Era Score when getting an Eureka or Civic Boost.


The Star Thieves are a curious people and have learnt to quench their thirst for knowledge:

• Civ Ability: Spies operate at 1 level higher in foreign cities. Gain a Spy when researching Astrology.
  
• Luminous Thief: Unique Unit unlocked with Astrology. Scout Class unit which can builds the Celestial Conduit improvement.
  
• Celestial Conduit: Can be built outside of your territory. Provides the resource it is built on.
