I keep getting an error when I try to start a game

Hello, I am going to do the goold ol' "Works on my machine", but yeah, I couldn't reproduce, so I guess it might be a problem from one of the things I used being in DLC you do not own, could you send the logs?

Getting the mod not loaded error. Tested both with all mods on, and with only this (and the other phase mems you did) as the mods.
