TURN EVERYTHING TO 0 IN BOBBING IN DETAILS

Better Movement settings:
Run: 320 speed or higher

SCHMOVEMENT:
0 FOV added
Bob intensity: 0.35
Roll 0.95
Jump Punch 0.25 or lower
Fov Effects intensity: 0.31

REAGDOLL
turn off reagdoll for players in order for first person cam to work

thats all settings thats really important, you can configure however you want, but these are the settings i configured for myself.

Reagdoll sometimes has weird ragdoll animations causing the bloodpool to appear even when they rolled away somewhere else
FIRST PERSON DEATH MIGHT NOT WORK FOR YOU, IF IT DOESN'T EITHER DISABLE REAGDOLL PLAYER RAGDOLL, OR ENABLE SHARPEYE FIRST PERSON DEATH
