The duplicates do genderswap, but they spawn with the wrong bits for said swap.

I can't @ your username but I briefly thought about that as well, but what would they even pass on? all of their genes, including cosmetic stuff, are xenogenes

@TheBronzeWarrior I do plan to eventually add archotech variants but I don't want them to be just 'bionic but +whatever fertility boost' so those plans are on hold until I can think of good gimmicks for those

Small content update today!
Changelog:

- Added the 'primary genome' gene. Carriers of this gene will pass on all of their endogenes if their partner does not also have the gene. Integrations for VRE - Highmate are included, of course.
