There is a really easy way to test if this mod is working, and it's by:
- installing the Console Command mod
- disabling all of your mods except this one and the Console Command mod
- starting a new campaign
- using the console command to give yourself a random settlement in what should be red or yellow climate for this faction in vanilla
If you don't see a -1 Public Order penalty due to Climate in the Public Order tooltip, it means that the mod is working.
If you feel like a faction has been missed, please make sure that this faction has unique climate preferences before reporting it. There is a great chance if not, that you are experiencing a mod conflict.
The climate penalties still apply for them.
