so just to clearifie, with this i could make myself a lil fleet of xperimental fighters rather then the limited stock yes? kinda like the design of that one and want a unified looking fleet

You can now. It doesn't have the tag to specifically exclude it from custom start, yet it was still excluded by other means.

I don't have it available to me because I don't own the collector's edition. However, from my understanding, it is impossible due to the developer removing access to its code.
