I do have a record of being banned but it was resulted from a incident that my steam account was hacked by a hacker cheated in PUBG in that period. But Blue hole refused to rethink and totally refused to tell me anything for some security reason thought they acknowledged that I had proved that my account was stollen and then leave this banning record permanently.
