No Biome Music

Clears the music arrays of all planets, so that they could be overwritten by other mods in a way that would allow for more cross-mod compatability.

Note: By default, this mod was given a priority of -9990, so that, by itself, it'd load well before nearly every other mod out there. (For comparison, Starbound's base-game assets have a priority of -9999, so that they could ideally be loaded before every other mod out there.) This was done, so that the mod user, instead of some other modders, could be given the power to overwrite vanilla Starbound's soundtrack in order to listen to only other mods' soundtracks instead of Starbound's base-game soundtracks, without any other mod having to do the same. As a bonus, multiple mods' soundtracks could be listened to if they don't try to overwrite any of vanilla Starbound's soundtracks themselves.

Note: This mod has a soft dependency (meaning it's recommended, but not necessarily required, since other mods might do the same things) on the Missing Biome Music Fixer mod to be able to work with the additional music arrays that that mod provides for various biomes that were missing them.
