Oceanic world caves Reworked Starburst rework override

@Roboglitch thanks for the info! Added salt and fossil blocks from starburst to the reworked caves.

@Kinsect its potional, they are compatible by default, but stardust rework adds cave biomes to ocean worlds that clash very heavily with the ones I add, and as such I added this mod to replace them back and add ores the ores from them to my mod. Not required at all. Just for preference, I think the deep caves in starburst in oceans are not filled with water, which I disliked. But again, preference.
@Roboglitch halite? hmm is that a new ore? if so maybe, Ill check that out.

this mod simply overrides starbursts ocean caves with oceanic world caves' and is completely optional
though i do want to point out this patch likely locks players out of obtaining halite, and with it salt, locking players out of some cooking recipes that starburst touched up

so without this mod would Starburst's Ocean caves get messed up or even crash?
or can we use both fine without anything bad happening?
