MK2 CARRIER ESCORT DRONE
Overview
MK2 Escort is a semi automated drone that is designed to work with my micro carrier build. The ship features 5 missiles, and a heavy auto cannon. The drone has 3 primary modes, it can be driven manually via the ships drone station, it can follow the ship automatically, and it can be sent to a specified GPS coordinate.



Logic
The Drone can be used via the micro carrier's drone controller. It is designed to follow and rotate around the ship when the auto pilot is on. The auto pilot can be switched from following the micro carrier or to a specific GPS coordinate.

I'm also having trouble with it being pretty slow, it seems like the engine on the drone isn't running like it's supposed to.

Could you make a version with just this and the autopilot controls separate so that we can integrate it easily in other creations if you don't have much experience.

I’ll have to look into that, it was working previously I had the drone go about 30km it was fine but I haven’t touched it in a while and I built it quite some time before releasing it
