Unification of Cultures

描述
This mod makes it possible to unify primary cultures. This affects the former homelands, the primary culture, as well as the culture of the pops. As a result, the number of different pops is reduced, and population management becomes easier. This can improve performance, especially in the late game.

Example Italian culture:
After the formation of Italy, a decision becomes available. Once activated, the former primary cultures 'North Italian' & 'South Italian' will be removed from ALL countries. These countries will instead receive the new primary culture 'Italian'. The same change will apply to the corresponding homelands and states worldwide.

Available for formable countries (Country-Culture):
-Andean Federation (Federation of the Americas) - Andean->Spanish-american->Latin-american
-Arabia - Arabic (with Expansions)
-Ethiopia - Ethiopian
-Germany - German
-Iberia - Iberian
-India - Indian (Tag: BHT)
-Indonesia - Indonesian
-Italy - Italian
-Yugoslavia - Yugoslav
-Scandinavia - Scandinavian
-United Baltic Provinces - Baltic
-United Netherlands - Dutch (with Flemish and Wallonian integrated)
-Turkestan - Turanian
-Holy Roman Empire / Central Europe - Dynamic cultural unification:
German, Dutch, Italian, Yugoslav, French, Scandinavian, British, Iberian, Baltic
+Integration of existing european Cultures: Hungarian, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Irish
Available for existing countries (Country-Culture):
-Great Britain - British:
You or your subjects must own all states on the isle of Great Britain.
-France - French:
You or your subjects must own all states in the strategic regions of france & occitania.
-United States of America - American
-Russia - Russian:
You or your subjects must own all states in the "Belarus" and "Ukraine" strategic region.
-Persia - Iranian (with Expansions):
You or your subjects must own all states in the 'Persia' strategic region and Baluchistan.
-Great Qing (China) and Heavenly Kingdom - Chinese

+an integrated mod that changes the color of Germany, Austria-Hungary, the North German Confederation, and the South German Confederation.

General Requirements for the decision:
-Must have researched Pan-Nationalism
-Must have (former) primary pops in your own country, or a state with the homeland of the former primary culture must exist
-The AI also uses the decision

ATTENTION:
Only works with save games created with this mod.

awesome mod. still got a question, could you add a gamerule that allows to form the german culture with the lesser german solution.

the only thing I find "odd" now is if I play as any nation outside Germany. You can form the cultural unions but Germany only can if the AI goes big.

Yes, it is only possible when you select the greater german solution. And inside the
'One Germany' journal entry is a decision with requirements.

Sorry I guess i should clarify. The little germany solution does not get a unified German culture?

When does the culture change to German? I united Germany made a save and tried each option in turn. Culture still remained north/south german.

You can test whether the event works manually by using this command:
event deutsch.2
The event should convert all pops, homelands and primary cultures from east german to german.
(If east german pops, homeland or primary cultures exist)

I don't have this issue. Can you describe your situation in detail?
-Can other mods be the issue? (mods that change: cultures, states, homelands)
-Have you completed the east german journal and didn't got the event or what exactly didn't work?
