Thanks for your feedback. Are any other occupation mods activated? If they overwrite the occupation file, then you won't see my occupations at all.
The Project Pripyat is currently under "construction". The guys are cooking up new monster and some custom logic while waiting for B42 MP to come out as for as I know.
Would be weird to have vanilla occupations and the stalker ones no?
So yes, it fully replaces the vanilla occupations.

It works just fine in MP. There is probably a mod conflict on your end.
The server is currently under development, I just readded the discord invite link. You can check it out.
@Not-Skill Issue
I didnt test it but despite that there is no use case for adding it mid save, I wouldnt do that because it removes the vanilla occupations and adds fully new ones.
